Review content:
I had a gift certificate from Spa Finder and I took my best friend for her birthday to J. Nicole. We got their classic manicure that was terribly over priced. walking in was great, we were offered a beverage out of red, plastic party cups and led up the stairs to our room. My friend and I were not able to sit next to each other and the room was under construction. The walls were in the process of being painted, so the ambiance was not there at all. The girls that did our nails were unprofessional, they had no uniform nor did they dress professional and they had to constantly borrow things from each others' desks to perform the tasks. During the service, the color I picked was old and getting thick, I asked her if I should pick another color and she said no. Near the end of the mani, they sprayed our hands with this wet, oily stuff and sent us on our way. We didn't sit under a nail dryer to harden the polish and we had wet oily hands upon leaving. Because the tech used the old nail polish, a week later I can literally peel it off my entire nail. I won't be back, I'll stick with my Easton guy (who is priced just right).
