I got a membership, I enjoyed it that much. I started off receiving massages with Michelle as well, all the other reviewers are correct, she's awesome. But she left Massage Elements! Michelle leaving isn't the reason I canceled by membership (just life circumstances). Anyways, I did not appreciate the way management handled canceling my membership. You need to give them 30 days notice. I gave them 29 days and sure enough I was still charged the next month, fine I get that, didn't complain. I scheduled by 1 massage during my last month (since I was charged) but when I tried to schedule another during that month at a discounted rate they would not let me because I was "out of their system". Did I not pay for the entire month? I honestly don't bother complaining, I'd rather give my business elsewhere. Just FYI. I'm def. not jumping for joy or recommending this established without reservation.
