Pretty much a standard bar and grille trying pass itself off as an upscale restaurant. The first thing I noticed was that the menus were delaminated and sticky. We were seated right next to the only door that provided access for all the wait staff and customers to gain access to the outside eating area and bar even though I called in for a reservation and asked for one of their best tables. The door piston was malfunctioned and slammed every second on top of it being so loud that I couldn't even hear my wife who was sitting 2 feet from me. There was no effort to control the acoustic properties of the hardwood floors and beveled ceilings. I had to ask for bread from a girl who said she is just the hostess who must have asked us 20 questions to try to figure out who our waitress was instead of just getting the bread which would have taken a fraction of the time of her questions. My wife ordered a sangria that was so strong that it could have knocked down an elephant. My appetizer plate was dirty with stuck on food from the last patron and had to ask for clean one. We finally asked to be moved to a different table because the slamming of the door was over the top for anyone to deal with. After being moved outside and hoping for a different experience the sword fish that I ordered that was on special came out cold as a cucumber and had a weird slimy texture with a slight fishy taste. The house salad that came with the meal was soggy with signs of brown edges and was limp in my mouth. A lady who may have been the manager who never presented herself as such came out with my new plate of swordfish and offered to comp the meal. By this time I just wanted to leave, but my wife insisted to try to make the best of it. I ate half of the second attempt at my order and just gave up and threw my fork down in disgust. If you are looking for a romantic night out with your significant other I would steer clear of this place. If you want to pick up a local one night stand than this place might be for you.
