Review content:
My husband bought me a package here as a Mother's Day gift - massage, facial, brow wax, pedicure, manicure. Oh where to begin? The massage therapist actually left bruises all over my back - I was in tears while she was doing the massage. I asked her to lighten up a few times and she said she was already pressing lightly and didn't think she could do less (I would hate to see what her deep tissue massage would be!) I can take a lot when it comes to a massage, but I had 7 bruises when I was done. Next was my facial. I booked a basic facial because I have sensitive skin. It was actually the owner who did the facial and when my face started to BURN, she told me that I had a few blemishes that she thought a light chemical peel would help (let me mention that the next day was my sons' baptism so now I have scars on my face from this little peel). My face burned for about a week after. The nail tech was a trip - criticized where we lived, wouldn't use my polish color on my toes because SHE didn't like it, never touched my cuticles and didn't use a foot file. When the whole "experience" was over, the owner asked me how my day was. When I told her I wasn't thrilled and most likely wouldn't be back, she just sad "oh, I'm sorry to hear that" and then charged me the full amount PLUS an additional $6. When I asked what that was for??? The polish change the nail tech did because I (ME?) changed my mind and had them use two polishes. I will NEVER be back!
