I have recently moved into Scottsdale and was thrilled to find the Fleming's Steakhouse off Scottsdale and Lincoln. I have upon traveling to southern California had the pleasure of dining at another location several times. I absolutely loved it! The other night I had dinner with a friend at this location. I was thrilled with the consistency of the two restaurants. As before, the atmosphere was fun and lively. The service was all around top notch, professional but not stuffy. The food... well if you have not eaten there you are surely missing out. The steaks are flavorful and tender. The seafood every bit as delicious as the steaks (especially the tuna mignon). I haven't had a side yet I didn't love. The volcano cake I've had a few times in both locations and it is by far the best desert I have ever had! I have to admit I don't expect this much from a chain. Somebody's doing something right. Now that I live so close to Fleming's they can count on my business.
