Worst salon experience ever! I spoke with a Shannon Jackson, who is the manager, when I had to change my apt date. She was very snobbish an we had a slight arguement over the fact that it is a fifty percent deduction from you credit/debit card or gift certificate for calling in an cancelling your apt and not a hundred percent, as it clearly states on the website. I was put on hold for a 5 minute wait were no one apparently knew how to press the hold button and i could hear the complaints in the background. Who does this lady think she is, I know the rules in this salon, I cant even deal with people today, Laughter, Just tell her the owner will call her back, im not dealing with it! Who was talking I do not know. However, when the phone was picked back up from a "new" receptionist by the name of Patty who was very kind, I had to let her know I would not be coming in at all due to the fact I felt I would have been discrimanated against because I had called in to move my apt and had talked with a higher authority who was very ticked off at the situation. The way the situation was handled was incredibly poor. What buisnesses need to realize is that Life Happens and to accomadate somone is the best way to benefit from your buisness. We all know buisnesses get busy but the main goal is to keep them busy and accomodate all needs no matter how big or small, that is how you obtain and keep the most clientel. I will never again book or suggest this salon to anyone and I do know a lot of people in this tiny state of RI so they have lost on a great deal of buisness just by word of mouth which is the best form of taking in buisness. So long 108 salon & day spa.
