Review content:
I was looking for someone local in Santa Barbara to clean my carpet and area rugs. So I went online and did a search and found this phone number: (805) 284-9461 and their website. I asked the nice young lady who answered the phone if they cleaned area rugs and she kindly answered yes. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to take my rugs to a storage facility in Ventura. She also said I should wait for a guy named Julio. A guy named Julio in Venutura???? Come on now I think most of us local residents can see a scam artist a mile away. I decided to find out more about this company and here's what I discovered: All of their online reviews are fake and were actually created by them and not real customers and I drove by their Anacapa Street address and it turns up to be a bogus as well. I have also discovered that they have copied the exact same website from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles, but with different business names and phone numbers answered by the same nice young lady. Do our wonderful community big a favor and take your online carpet cleaning scam to another city. We're not as ignorant in SB as you might think!
