Businiess name:  Little Napoli

Review content:
... neither the food, nor the service! We were rather disappointed in our latest dinner at Little Napoli - this being our third visit to this restaurant over the past five years or so... Not sure if they changed management and/or ownership, but this was not a very Italian experience! A rude host ... a waitress with no idea on any of the questions we had on menu items or wine ... a forgotten appetizer (which we reminded them of as they were bringing in the entrees) ... and these same entrees (by then cold, sticky pasta goo) served to us again 45 minutes later! One comical part ... while we were having dinner a group of kids came in, speaking Italian and inquiring about "gelato". They were without their parents, obviously visiting from abroad - but none of the hosts or waiters were able to understand them! 4 kids walk into an Italian restaurant --- and no one there understands Italian ... very funny scenario! Anyways, long story short - this used to be a good restaurant, unfortunately years ago - do not get fooled by the lines outside (thanks to being featured in various guide books, they enjoy a steady clientele of all-new / one-time customers) ... Cons: Bad, unknowledgable staff/service
