Review content:
I purchased a Juicy tracksuit at Paloosh on sale. I was told AFTER I purchase the suit that it was a final sale. There was no sign indicating this policy either. No problem, loved the suit and the fit. Wore the suit a couple days later and found holes in the bottom of the front pockets. I called Paloosh about the damaged pants to see how they could help me out. I was told that everything on sale is on sale because it is already damaged or "off" somehow. This was not told to me in the store or else I probably would have paid more for a tracksuit that wasn't "off". Oh well, their loss. I was also told to take the pants to the cleaner and pay to have them fixed myself. Maybe it's just me but most stores, in Carmel especially, usually help out with the cost of alterations or repairs on new items. Needlees to say I'm frustrated, but I am a local with many friends who will know about this issue and be encouraged not to shop a Paloosh. I know I never will!
