I called Kens Plumbing and from the begining when the lady who answered the phone "how can I make you smile" I was impressed. She took my information, explained to me how the tech would come out and price the job and there would be no hidden cost. What she said was what happened to a T. The tech came out, was very presentable, put on shoe covers and came in. He looked at the problem I was having with my toilet, and even asked if he could give me a free inspection of the rest of my home. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! When he found the problems, he gave me a price, with the option to repair or replace. He offered warrenties and even offered me a service agreement which is a big plus. Thanks Ken keep up the good work!!!
