Our water heater was leaking/ruined, it damaged our AC unit and ruined part of the floor on our first floor. Within 2 hours, Ken's Plumbing had a tech at the house and then helped us find a carpenter to repair the floor. Within two days, everything was ripped out, replaced and working again.
Great service, fast, responsive, thorough follow-up and a nice thank you note in the mail the next week!
We're not the easiest homeowners to deal with, and Ken's Plumbing made this painless. Thank you!
