I visited this spa in Stockbridge for the first time today. They were the only place I called to actually answer the telephone on a Monday afternoon. The receptionist was so nice and accomodating when I explained that I needed an appointment for the same day. Because it was they end of the day, they did not have anything available, however, the receptionist promised to see what she could do to get me in and said she would call me back. Within 15 minutes she called me back with an appointment. Rich agreed to stay over after his last appointment and take care of me. What a treat. I was so impressed with the level of customer service, especially the excellent 90 minute Signature Full Boday massage I received. It was the best in my life. Thanks Signature Spas for giving me the personal attention that you promised. It was awesome.
