Review content:
I believed Penzone's ads, & went there for awhile, Always disappointed in the style and look was old..
The last time there I had to wait an hour for my stylist.
I decided to watch women coming out. Blah, old hair styles. I sat right across from the cashier so I saw all that were finished and leaving within that hour.
Not one had an attractive style. Just as bad as I was getting. That's the last time I stepped a foot into Penzones.
Its almost impossible to get a good cut/style in Columbus. Check out the 'party' pictures in the local magazines plus the news anchor women. None look like their stylist cared or keeps up to date.
Andrea! Why are you so crazy about your stylist? They are doing you no favors!
Ok, Then by sheer accident I found an excellent one at a solon now out of business. I followed him all over town, waiting while he taught hair cutting I watched his hair cuts move. What beautiful precision. Every hair falls right back into the style.
Jose is now at Studio One, 51 N. High. He's from Chicago and knows cuts, styles and what's up to date.
He works Thurs at Studio One in New Albany.
I just returned from the downtown location with a precision cut. I call it a long pixie with all those texturizing (wispy) cuts in it and, long wispy bangs.. I love it. Just what I asked for. Exactly what I got. Up to the minute hair style.
I'm not connected to Jose or SO in any way. I just know that he is an excellent hair stylist.
Let Jose give you ideas for just you. He's the best.
I think I'll go to the New Albany Studio One on Jose's Thursdays its closer.
