I went here 2 weeks ago. Asked 4 my hair 2 b dyed deep red/purple, my hair ended up being black. Now after 2wks every time I shower theres dye coming out of my hair. Bangs were cut halfway back my head. My $60 shirt: ruined w/dye. Called them nxt day they were open. Told the owner Dina Lara everything & she said she'd be creditin my $ back now. That Fri. I called back bc my $ was still gone. They said it should b in there so 2 keep lookin. Called back a few days later on Tues & spoke 2 the front desk girl Heather, she said they did it on Fri & 2 keep checkin. So I called back 2day, Fri they said the owner would b callin me. I've been 100% nice & patient & what'd they do... They had a man call 2 bully me & be so rude. I'm so offended & disappointed. Lewis Lara Jr. Is who called me, he told me lies about ownership & said they had a problem with the transaction & that it was redone 2day. I asked 4 the amount they credited back he said $48. EXCUSE ME? Why is it $48 the bill was $108. He said that's 4 the dye, you didn't complain about anything else. I said yes I did, I told Dina everything even about my shirt. He called me a liar & said nobody has ever complained about a haircut be4, Really Lewis?  I can show you multiple complaints just on google. He said he wasn't going to argue with me & that he would talk to Dina about my claims. After I hung up I realized even if they only refunded for the dye, how is that $48, you're telling me a cut is $60? No way. Tried 2 call back, no answer. My husband is making a trip from Miami to Brandon 2 take care of this. I don't understand y they wouldn't want 2 make it as right as possible with me, say sorry & give me my $ back.  I was nothing but nice 2 every1 & this is how they treat me, gave me the run around 4 wks & then Lewis Lara Jr. Bullied me. I've never been treated this way & will not accept this. DO NOT USE THIS SALON, let Lewis Lara Jr. & Dina Lara know that they can not treat people this way.
