Underhanded and manipulative. Don't believe the positive reviews - those are probably from Wally, he will blow up on you if you decide not to buy. We choose not to buy the vehicle that they were selling for 3k over blue book and he is trying to force us into contract that was never completed, after we declined financing. After we had talked to some other lots and our local mechanic we found out about Ocean Autos reputation - I wish we had checked before we ever walked onto this lot. BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE! They don't rate the start I have to give them to post this.
