UPON ARRIVAL TO OCEAN AUTO I WAS MET BY WALLY WITH ENTHUSIASM AND ASSURRED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO SELL ME A CAR. I WAS NOT BUYING THAT PARTICULAR DAY BUT WAS SHOPPING. I SPENT THE REST OF THAT DAY SEARCHING FROM SAN CLEMENTE TO GARDEN GROVE.
THE MERCEDEZ E320 THAT I ALMOST IMMEDIATLY FEEL IN LOVE WITH WAS NOT FOUND AT THE PRICE WALLY WAS OFFERING, OR THE CONDITION.
LATER THAT SAME EVENING I RETURNED WITH MY WIFE TO SHOW HER THE POSSIBLE DECISION I WAS ABOUT TO MAKE. SHE APPROVED (VERY IMPORTANT) AND THE DOORS WERE STILL OPEN AT 8PM.
AFTER MY DAY OF SHOPPING I FELT CONFIDENT TO APPROACH WITH MY OFFER; INSTRUCTED EARLIER TO DO SO. OFFER ACCEPTED AND WITHIN THE HOUR I WAS DRIVING AWAY IN WHAT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT CHOICE.
I DONT HAVE THE BEST CREDIT AND AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR TO BOOT. OCEAN AUTO LET ME KNOW FROM THE BEGINNING WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHAT IT WAS I WAS GOING TO NEED TO COMPLETE THE LOAN.
OVER ALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH OCEAN AUTO CAN BE DESCRIBED AS UPFRONT AND HONEST.
