Even if you're patient enough to wait for them to call you back (they don't answer their phone, ever) - once you own it, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!! Bertrand and Co. (also known as Boston Wall Beds) will string you along for MONTHS ("this month's factory shipment did not have your parts on it") and then THEY WILL NOT DO THE WARRANTY REPAIR THEY SAY THEY WILL as in my case. Buy direct from B.O.F.F. in Toronto and put it together yourself or get a contractor. THIS PLACE IS A MARKED-UP RIP-OFF!!!
