After visiting the Bloomingdale location and being very satisfied, I decided to give the Palatine branch a shot since I work out this way. The receptionist was very friendly and informed me that my therapist would be Olga and that it was her first day. "Great," I thought, "This is gonna be bad." But, being the nice guy that I am, I said nothing and proceeded with my massage and... it was AMAZING! If this is the level of quality I can expect from their day 1 therapists, I can only imagine what their veterans are like! I will definitely be returning to Elements again and again!
