Review content:
D&R was very nice and polite with my plumbing emergency. I was in a real panic because of a flood going on in my basement and I call up Richard the owner of D&R and he sent out a tech right away. The plumber was real nice and polite and they went the extra mile to explain to me what had happen and help me with insurance company. I have used other companies in the past and I can honestly say that this company stands out from the rest.
I also notice that over the weekend that they are the sponor for the play area at Eastland Mall. I have a little girl and it was very nice to see that I have supported someone that did something like this for community. I got a chance to meet the owner (Richard and his wife and their little girl) because he was handing out balloons and you know that did not even charge for the mylar balloons, they were Free to everyone and he told me that he just like to see the smile on the kids faces. Wow -- I really did love that answer.
I really do not write reviews -- But I had to on this one because of what I saw @ Eastland Mall.
Please consider them for all your Plumbing and HVAC and electrical, I know that I will and it is nice to see that there is a company out there that does care.
