Review content:
I have been to Rubin Jerald E DDS for a root canal therapy. He was accepting my insurance, and was recommended by another dentist to me. When I went to his office, I saw that the receptionist lady was not very friendly at all. After that I had my root canal done. The doctor told me that thay had to cure an extra root that existed in my tooh and they had to charge an extra $250 for that. So I paid it. Then I called my insuarnce company, my insurance company told me that, no matter what the amount of the roots are in a tooth, the doctor cannot charge me more than the insurance requires them to for a root canal on a mooer tooth(mine was a moller).
So I went back to my doctor, they refused to pay me back my $250. I called the insurance company, hey talked to Dr Rubins office, and I hardly got back my $250. Also the tooth that I had a root canal, got broken like 2 weeks later. I went to another dentist, he told me that it was a baby tooth that wasnt shed. I was surprised to hear that, because Dr rubin never told me something like that about the tooh. I wonder why?
