I have purchased tires here, and had inspections for years, since it used to be Avellino's. I am not a mechanical expert, and if they find something wrong in an inspection or an oil change, they explain it or show you the problem and I never feel like they are just trying to pump up the bill. Several of my adult kids needed to buy used cars, and I want them to have a safe cars that wouldn't need a ton or repairs after they drive it off the lot. One of the best kept secrets in Lancaster, is that Tires Plus will do an evaluation of a used car, with a written report, for only $21! My husband's favorite mechanic at the shop near his office charged us $75 for the same type of inspection. We took several cars here we were thinking of buying, and they fit them in quickly, and gave a comprehensive report. Saved us from making two costly mistakes! My only suggestion, would be that they have a little nicer chairs in the waiting area, or some coffee or sodas available. But it's right near the food court at the mall, so it's easy to walk over there, or go shopping, and they also have a table where I have worked on my laptop while waiting.
