Review content:
Someone I know took a car in to these guys for an inspection and they passed the car with multiple issues that shoulld have failed a legit inspection. I took my car to them last week. First, I had scheduled the appointment the day before and when I got there in the morning they couldn't get me in till much later. When they finally did inspect my car they called and quoted me $1964.00 for an alignment and "headlight restoration" which may or may not help my cloudy headlights. I also had a chip in my windshield which they could not repair so this was not included in that extreme quote. When I went to pick up my car and accused them of trying to over charge me they became argumentative and when I said I was going to call a state trooper out my quote suddenly dropped $1000.00 and he said I needed ball joint repair as well. I'd have to be stupid to pay them almost $2000.00 for an alignment and cloudy headligts. I also heard them argue with several other customers about repair costs while I was there. I would strongly advise anyone go to a different shop unless you have money to just throw away on nothing.
