I FIRST FOUND HOPELINE WHEN I HAD A BUNCH OF BABY ITEMS, MANY OF WHICH WERE BRAND NEW & UNOPENED, I WANTED TO DONATE AND DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO. I FOUND THEM BY CALLING 211. FOR 3 YEARS I WOULD VISIT THEM JUST ABOUT EVERY OTHER MONTH AND DONATE CLOTHING, DIAPERS, FORMULA, BABY EQUIPMENT, ETC.. THEN I NOTICED THE STAFF CHANGING OVER VERY QUICKLY. SUDDENLY THE PLACE THAT WAS SO APPRECIATIVE OF MY DONATIONS WAS ONLY LOOKING FOR SPECIFIC SIZES OF CLOTHING FOR SPECIFIC GENDERS. THIS GROUP IS SUPPOSED TO HELP PEOPLE IN CRISIS. I GUESS I DIDN'T REALIZE THE NEEDY PEOPLE IN DANBURY WERE DOING SO WELL.
