I appreciate the efficient, courteous response of the staff who answers the phone, in this case it was Jennifer. She listens carefully and responds quickly. Mark Skog installed a water heater for me a year ago, and I requested him for this last call to drain the water heater and make other repairs. He is a fine plumber. He knows his field, and does quality work. He is intelligent, well spoken, and pleasant to speak with. He explains the work he is doing to the customer, and answers questions, which is important to me. He leaves everything in order, and is very competent, patient, and calm while doing his work. I feel quite comfortable with Mark coming to my house. Thank you for your fine service.
