My wife called them since we were remodeling and wanted 2 toilets reinstalled after our project. Their estimate was over 3x what we eventually paid for the work. Over $800 to install two existing toilets! If we were talking installing toilets in the space shuttle I would understand, but not a residential bathroom. We ended up paying $250 for the both of them. They charge a fee to come out (over $60) so be careful, if you don't like their estimate you have to pay them anyway. I am guessing that this fee is a big part of their business. Never calling them again and telling others my story.
Pros: Showed up same day
Cons: If you don't like the high estimate, you still pay a fee
