Review content:
We hired SPP&H to check out a leak in our toilet. The plumber came, and just for taking the toilet off charged $468!!! To top it off, they added just a new phlange and wax ring, and a new toilet, for an additional cost of almost $1100 for a total of almost $1600!!! Just to replace a toilet! We looked up the cost of the toilet on the manufacturers website and found the model we were given sells for over 1/3 less than SPP&H charged. Also, after consulting 4+ other plumbers, every single one agreed that we had been completely ripped off! Do NOT hire this company unless you want to pay multiple times what the work.product is worth!!!!
