Review content:
Do not ever go to this Optometrist Paul Graves or Vision Clinic! Their prices are outrageous and they have little selections to choose from. Management is currently being investigated by HMA Insurance as they have escalated prices for eye examinations for $130 when the average is $60. They have also included claims for lenses and glasses that were not received which is a ploy to keep customers coming back as they do not issue cash refunds, but instead store credits with erroneous fees to reduce what they actually owe you. The lack of professionalism by Business Manager/Owner Leslie Graves is more appalling as she is insensitive and unwilling to meet customer satisfaction. There are other optometrists in the Gallup area that have the professionalism to meet your eye care needs.
