Buying a car seems to always be a stressful situation. You can be made to feel very uncomfortable with the negotiation process and even more uncomfortable and pressured if you can not come to a "meeting of the minds" on price. The folks at Bayside Volkswagen were extremely friendly and personable. I really felt like they wanted me to leave with the car that best met my needs and a price that I could feel comfortable with. I did buy and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. However, if I had not bought I do believe I could have walked out the door still feeling comfortable with the option of coming back at another time to shop again. This is my first experience with Bayside Volkswagen, however it would be my pleasure to recommend the dealership to other buyers.
