I've lived in Chicago for 5 1/2 years now and this is my fourth apartment and fourth management company. I've only been in this apartment for three months, but so far I am very impressed with Group Fox. We had some issues with our keys not working upon moving in, but Group Fox addressed the issue immediately and even gave us a few days off our first months rent. I was very impressed with the condition of the apartment when we moved in. New ceiling fans, new bathroom sinks/cabinets, new paint, clean floors... the apartment was BEAUTIFUL! We also requested they put in an island countertop like the apartment we saw on the floor below us and they gladly did it for us. It's very easy to submit maintenance issues and they are addressed immediately. Friendly and helpful people in the office that reply to emails in a timely manner. Definitely the kind of company you want to be dealing with when it comes to your apartement.
