RO#228109 - I called peterson toyota in boise idaho to get a quote for my timing belt replacement. I thought the price would be too high, but I wanted to get an idea of the cost. I was connected with Shelby Billig customer service technician. She was great. She first looked up the total price of what would need to be replaced normally with the timing belt. She told me the total cost and I was ready to wait and hope for the best for my toyota tacoma truck. She said well let me see if there are coupons this month to help with lowering the cost. She found a great coupon. She was very nice and courtous. After the work was completed she told me three things that should be done on my truck. I did end up declining due to the total amount of cost was climbing. She did recommend the water pump and drive belts to be replaced. I agreed to replace those. I am definately pleased with the service and quality of work peterson toyota has done. They also inspected my truck for free to make sure there was no rust on the frame of the truck. I will definately be going back to get the other 3 recommendations done on my truck.
