My experience:
Glow plug out on my gas furnace. This was a stock, instantly accessable glow plug on a pretty new furnace. They charged $80.00 to install a new glowplug. I was freezing and desperate. I paid the extortionate price. The glowplug lasted only 3 years....
I called again to replace it 3 years later. (They were close and available. I was freezing again.) This time they charged $400.00+ to replace it!

My neighbors' experience:
My 85 year old neighbor called while his wife was at church. He suffered some dementia. The toilet was clogged. Before she returned from church 90 minutes later, they had sold him a new toilet for $1,000.00.
I'm sure the good reports are inauthentic. Don't use these predators.
