My experience with Gold Coast Chiropractic has been nothing short of spectacular. Not only are both doctors very warm and friendly, but both are extremely knowledgeable. As far as chiropractic care is concerned, I thoroughly believe that Doctor David is one of the absolute best. I have been under chiropractic care before, but nothing compares to Gold Coast. First off, Dr. David always has me "warm up," which is part of his 3 part Pettibon system. Before getting adjusted I warm up my neck on the Cervical Traction and then my lower back (lumbar) on the wobble. These help to better prepare my body, allowing my adjustment to be more effective and last longer.
I have been under Dr. David's care for a little over a month now and since I started getting my adjustments from him, not only has my posture improved, but my neckpain has subsided and I have had virtually ZERO HEADACHES!! Before taking care with Dr. David I had terrible headaches every single day. I always had to take Ibuprofen or Advil for the pain, especially at night to help me get to sleep. But since getting adjusted, my headaches are no more and I sleep much easier now. I also no longer have to take any medication for the head pain.
Dr. Dave also adjusted me multiple days in a row when I started to feel sick, in order to boost my immune system and actually PREVENT me from getting sick. He explained to me that GETTING ADJUSTED HELPS TO INCREASE MY WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT, which are the blood cells responsible for fighting infections and helping your immune system. I am happy to say that due to my adjustments, as well as drinking plenty of water, my body was able to stay healthy and prevent itself from getting sick. No disease or sickness is welcome in my body!!
I plan on continuing care with Dr. David and will conduct another review in a month or so to share my results and my progression! Do a favor for yourself and your health-- come to Gold Coast Chiropractic to be seen by Dr. David!
