After 46 years of marriage and several years of retirement, we decided to fulfill a dream we had for a long time - the purchase of a newly constructed home. Gary's diligence; his experience; and his integrity came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. What appeared as almost "impossible" to us, Gary seemed to accomplish with ease. We were never at a loss as to where we were in the process of the financing. We never had long waits for returned calls or needed answers. Gary created financing for our new home and provided additional financing after our move. We are now debt free with only our new home - with even lower payments.
