Review content:
We ordered three suits from them and only received one. When I called to find out why the male who answered the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up. I called back and got a female who claimed she was "the manager" and insisted I call back because their system was down. I asked her if she could call me back and she said no! I called back again and she said she didn't know "why the warehouse didn't send all three so I needed to call back the next day at 1" at this point I was very angry and felt ripped off. I called back the next day and could not get "her" on the phone the guy said the suits were "out of stock" and they would mail them when they came in. I received them over a week later. The customer service for this company is awful!
