This store is really good in the daytime. The people are helpful and friendly. They recently had $1 double coupons, and I had a bunch. The cashier was fantastic, she was excited about my savings and chatted with me while she rang them up. She even congratulated me when we were done! She called for someone to help her bag so that I would not have to wait as long. On the other hand, I returned later in the week at night and encountered horrible customer service. There were several young employees in the store who pretended to be throwing up as they put stock on the shelves. Not just once or twice, but for quite some time. It was sickening. Then these employees could be heard throughout the store going, "Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo Woo Hoo........." Over and over again. I was almost at my wits end at this point. I had a 2 year old and a 7 year old with me who were much better behaved than these employees. I actually had to approach them myself to tell them to stop. They just looked at me in stunned silence. I guess no one in charge of the store ever told them not to be annoying and irritating. When I went to check out, there was only one lane open, and even though there was quite a line built up, and getting longer, no one opened another lane until I was almost finished. When I handed the cashier my coupons, he sighed and seemed upset. I had 180 coupons, and the last 80 - 100 beeped when he scanned them, so he accused me of not buying each one, and then checked my entire receipt for each item. I had been told the previous day that the register beeps after so many coupons. I tried to tell the cashier that, but he ignored me. There was one item that he could not locate after searching my receipt several times. I assured him that I had purchased it, and remembered him ringing it up. He did not believe me, and called another cashier over who found it on the receipt immediately. I was never thanked, nor apologized to. I was made to feel that I was a great inconvenience to them. I accidentally forgot my coupon notebook in the store, and several days later, in the daytime I received a very friendly phone call for the customer service desk informing me that they had found it. This store is like to seperate stores, one in the daytime, with great customer service, and one at night which you should be avoided at all costs.
