Going to Bedazzled was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! The staff was professional and extrememly helpful when I was searching for bridal gowns. I actually went there twice, the first time with an appointment. After not finding my gown the first time, I went in a second time and did not have an appointment. But I was determined to purchase my bridal gown that Sunday afternoon as I knew that my wedding date was drawing near. Although the store was packed and there were no appointments remaining, the manager assured me that they could help me find my dress that day and I did!
I cannot say enough about all of the sales associates I can in contact with. They were professional and very accomodating to my needs. My dress came back earlier than expected and it fit great. I am getting married next weekend and they steamed my dress for free. After picking it up this morning, I was certain that I chose the right bridal shop and dress as I had gone to others that made it seem as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to try on gowns!
