I've been living here in Lake Cove Village now for a year. I can't go one enough about how much I love it here. I've read a few of the other reviews and I don't see what their issue is. Any minor thing that I've had an issue with over the past year has been met with a very professional attitude. They were handled most promptly! I love everything about this place! The floor plan. The staff. The convenient location to EVERYTHING! I can't imagine living anywhere else! I don't think I'll ever move! My kids LOVE it here too with all the play areas available and the pool! I think I've put more exclamation marks in this post than I have in anything else! The grounds are peaceful. I did have a noise issue with my upstairs neighbors but they moved out or were asked to leave. (I like to think it was the latter...lol) I have new neighbors upstairs and in the 3 months they've been living here, not once have I had a single issue with noise. I will continue to sing the praises of Lake Cove Village til I can buy a house! 5345 FTW!
