I have seen Lauren Melvin for the last 4 years both here in Indy and at Michael Canele Salon in Beverly Hills and totally get why she wins awards for her work - the compliments I receive on my color and my cut are always so nice to hear - she knows what she is doing, loves what she does, cares about me and how I feel about the outcome and always delivers. I would be afraid to leave her and try someone new - I rely on her so much for consistently meeting my expectations. I wouldn't dream of leaving her for a different stylist. Plus she's just a warm, caring, vivacious, funny person who makes my experience positive every time. I saw the review from the person who did not have a good experience and it's too bad - this way of expressing dissatisfaction is unfortunate in that it in no way reflects how much Lauren really does care. She rocks. Love her. Wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else.
