I purchased over a $100 worth of theater makeup from them and they said they'd contact me asap regarding my order and with shipping information. I waited a week...nothing. So, I started to email them since they stated in their website this was the best way to get in touch with them. Nothing. I decided to call...no answer!! They didn't even respond to any of my emails requesting when the products would be shipped and they didn't even answer their phone! I called countless times, emailed them countless times and finally I had my credit card company dispute the charge so I could get my money back. Yep, that's right, they charged me for something they never gave me. This company is shady and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I doubt they even have a company any more since they've closed down their store to the public in CA. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! ITS A SCAM!! Please don't learn the hard way like I did!
Cons: Most horrible theatrical company I've ever worked with before.
