I made calls to several truck rental establishments but Gator Storage ended up with my business because of the level of friendliness and professionalism beginning with my first phone call. The other companies had comparable rates but the lady at Gator treated me like my reservation was important. She gave me good advice to ensure the truck I needed would be available, she helped me decide what size and type of truck I needed and overall was a pleasure to work with. The office was attractive, clean and organized. The staff wore big smiles. By dealing with these folks I was able to put a nice big check mark next to “Rent Truck” on my list of things to do. I would not hesitate to use them again and will spread the word to friends and family. It is so rare to come across a truly customer service oriented business. Thanks for making our move a successful one!
