We recently moved into a new home and have been doing extensive research about which flooring company to use. My wife and I are both very picky when it comes to quality, installation and a fair price...always looking for the best deal.
After shopping around, we FINALLY decided to purchase our new wonderful wood floors from Charlotte Flooring & Design. Carlo and his team, not only met but exceeded our expectations.
The ordering process was very easy and the floor came in on time! The flooring team was very flexible to work with (we have a crazy work schedule!!) when it came to the installation. After the installation, we didn’t like a few of the boards, no problem, they came and replaced them.
The sales staff was excellent (especially Josh) he was very thorough and took time to listen to our ideas and then provided creative feedback on how to make them work in our home. He also gave us several ideas on how we could cut cost without compromising quality.
Overall, Carlo, Josh and the rest of the Charlotte Flooring and Design team made the whole process seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them for your next flooring project!
