The rudest Customer Service in my life - Customer Service Manager was some idiot named Rhonda who was probably never educated. It would have been better if the Customer Service Manager wasn't a B! At least attempt to fix the problem. She didn?t know how to listen. She either interrupted while we were talking calmly or had a blank idiotic stare on her face. A store employee showed me the WRONG calling card to buy and would not take it back. I was told to purchase a calling card that ended up being a PREPAID calling card for a cell phone in which I don't own. The least they could do was refund with a store credit but instead they shrugged their shoulders and basically said I was pretty much out of luck. The worse POS system (check out system) I've ever heard of. Apparently - no one in the store can over ride any transactions. DO NOT expect customer service if you go to this store. Don?t expect to get results by calling their 1-800 service line. They can?t accomplish anything. Their food section was very limited also. Pros: location Cons: poor customer service
