Tom Stubbs offered to write my mother's will for free. However, after she passed away & we attempted to probate the will there were many legal issues & problems that came up. Stubbs then informed us that it will cost us money to defend & litigate it. After everything is said & done, this "free service" will end up costing us TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars. (I had one attorney tell me it was literally the worse will he's ever seen!) We should have paid a proper attorney to write a sound will and saved $ and heartbreak. Be careful who you trust with estate planning!
