After 2 school seasons of rental and one over summer rental, which was about 230.00 in fees my daugter had out grown her rental. When I brought violin back they charged me 10 dollars because their was no chin rest on violin. Which their wasnt when I rented it but unfortunately I did not look at the contract carefully when I rented it and they had chin rest box checked which I did not notice. When I told the women their was no chin rest( when I rented as a matter of fact my daugters music teacher put one on their for free) she got really nasty and practically called me a liar. Needless to say when this semester is up I will no longer be doing business with them. If you dare to rent from them bring your glasses and check the fine print before you sign anything or do what I am going to do next time rent from the school
