Review content:
This facility is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is professional and informative. The prices are on the higher side, but they are worth it. They are located inside a gym and you must have someone come down from the spa to meet you. You may have to wait anywhere from 5-15 min. I don't understand why you can't walk up to the spa without an escort. The parking lot is kind of run down, but you can usually find a good place to park.
