I purchased two trucks from Westrux in November of 2007. At first the customer service was great, they were very accomodating and all seemed to be going very smoothly. It was not until they received my payment that things went horribly wrong. I paid them to do a service, oil change and dot inspection on both trucks before I was to pick them up. It turns out that the dot isnpection was never done but I was charged for it anyway. The service was partly done but most filters were not changed. I was charged $400.00 for a complete service that did not happen. I was told that the trucks would be delivered to Las vegas for delivery at 10am on Friday Morning, they did not arrive until after midnight on Saturday. I have since found out that one of the trucks had been wrecked and this was never told to me. I tried to get some answers from a supervisor and I was treated like i didnt matter and that I should just deal with it and shut up. I would have to say that this was by far the worst buying experience that I have ever had and would never reccomend this place to anyone.
