Review content:
I am a retail salesperson, and good customer service is the most important quality in a store to me. I will stop going to the most convenient stores to me just because I have received sub-standard service one time.
However, I don't think I'll have to worry about that at Hacienda Beverage. Every single person that works there (I believe its a family), has been great to me. They have opened their already locked doors at night for me so I could get in and make a fast purchase, who does that anymore? Another night, it was raining and my car battery died in their parking lot. No problem, they let me use the phone, hang around inside, and cracked jokes with me until the tow truck came.
I will continue to patronize that store because I don't mind giving my money to nice people who seem to appreciate my business.
