Ugh...book with someone else! My husband and I booked our travel out of the country through JNR, Cindy specifically. It was a group travel and the part Cindy was responsible for was a nightmare! Our resort was taken care of, thankfully, or she could have screwed that up too. Not only did my husband and I not get to sit next to each other on the outbound flight, but we BOTH had middle seats. Ugh, horrible. Also, on our return flight, she had us in an aisle and middle seat though we'd specified WINDOW, but she had us in the VERY LAST ROW OF THE PLANE! Atrocious! I noticed that many of the other couples had similar seating arrangements. It was so bad, that one couple was sitting across from each other (both in aisle seats) and on one side, a seat was empty! They simply moved into the open seat, but it should've been BOOKED like that! She'd messed up our plans and said that she'd needed to cancel out our reservation each time instead of simply clarifying her error with the airline. Silly. It wouldn't have been a huge issue had she not messed up the details THREE TIMES. I would've been better off paying a homeless non English speaking person to book my travel. Yikes. It's not even that difficult of a job. Very disappointed. Pros: They own a fax machine Cons: They have a difficult time BOOKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
