I just want to thank Joseph Michael's Salon Sypros and Managers for declining my business. Thank you for being dishonest with me from the start and over charging me, then calling and telling me that you don't want business. I think the salon is unprofessional in many ways. They know they mistreated my visits and instead of owning up to their mistakes they declined the services. I will make sure this goes into chicago scene and social for guests/clients to not have any services done with them.
Very bad customer service, and thank you for reminding me of this. Thank you Joseph M. Salon!!!
