The best! I don't know how else to describe it. My hairdresser Amy Everett makes it so much fun. She cares about my likes, listens to what i want, knows enough about my lifestyle and ability (I am blowdryer challenged) to suggest some great ideas. I never feel rushed. I never feel like I'm just another head of hair or that she's going through the motions (remember that dunkin donuts commercial - "it's time to make the donuts" some places feel like "its time to cut hair"). And Amy really knows her stuff. I never feel like she's practicing on me or if I ask for something different my hair will look the same because that's the only cut she knows. The atmosphere is upscale Chicago chic. Coffee is excellent. Front desk folks are always nice, pleasant and competant. I have had my eyebrows waxed there and the room is private, clean and makes a painful experience as relaxing as possible. I love the waterfall in the spa area waiting room. It relaxes me right away. The prices are not cheap but by Chicago standards I would say they are fair and reasonable. I always feel pampered and pretty when I leave.
